We understand that high school can be a challenging time, and it is important to remember that you are never alone in your struggles. When it comes to mental health and thoughts of self-harm, reaching out is crucial. The 988 Lifeline is a national hotline dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health support. Just like you would dial 911 for emergencies, you can now dial 988 to access immediate help and guidance. It's crucial to know that help is just a call away, and you're not alone in your struggles. Remember, mental health is just as important as physical health. It is okay to not be okay, and seeking support is a sign of strength.
